Alias 2 General: External LCD will not stay on

    Is there any way to keep the display on the external LCD to stay on. I can't view the time, battery life, messages, etc without opening the phone. The external display goes out after a minute and then I have to hold in the "hold" key to view the screen. By doing that, it shuts the music off.

    I believe the external screen has to timeout and turn off in order to save battery life. I'm surprised that tapping the hold key doesn't activate the display. Anyone have any solutions?

    Hello--

    I can press and hold any button (for a second or two) and get the display to come on.
